Where do I start?
Your first step is to complete our free online Health Assessment. This helps us understand your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and goals so we can guide you towards the appropriate next step. You would need to also provide us with blood work, you can do this through your own testing or our low cost extensive testing available on the website.
Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. You do not need to choose a treatment before contacting us. Our team reviews your Health Assessment and blood work to identify which areas may require attention and what options may be appropriate to discuss.
Why is blood work required?
Comprehensive blood work helps us understand your hormonal, metabolic and general health before any treatment is considered. It also establishes a clinical baseline that can be used for safety monitoring and future reviews.
What if I do not have recent blood work?
You can access our comprehensive private pathology panel from $150. The panel covers hormonal health, metabolic function, cardiovascular markers, inflammation, recovery, liver and kidney function, and general health.
What happens after I submit my Health Assessment?
Our team will review your information and any blood results provided. We will then contact you to discuss your goals, explain the next steps and outline the consultation process and relevant costs.
Is completing the Health Assessment free?
Yes. The Health Assessment is free to complete and does not obligate you to proceed with blood testing, a medical consultation or treatment.
How are programs personalised?
Your program is developed by considering your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle, goals and comprehensive blood results together. Where clinically appropriate, it may include options relating to hormone optimisation, peptide therapies, longevity, metabolic health, recovery or other areas relevant to your needs.
Where do prescribed products come from?
Where treatment is prescribed, products are dispensed and delivered directly by an Australian pharmacy. Alpha Edge Clinic does not supply medications directly. We also do not have any partner pharmacies that are not Australian-regulated pharmacies.
What support will I receive after starting?
Patients receive personalised protocols, practical instructions, educational resources and access to the Alpha Edge Clinic team throughout their six-month program. Follow-up blood work and clinical monitoring are also required to assess safety and progress.
