Step 1: Complete Your Online Health Assessment
Your journey begins with our secure online health assessment, where you'll be asked to provide detailed information about your medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, and health goals. This step forms the foundation of your clinical profile and allows our team to begin building a picture of your needs.
Step 2: Provide or Complete Blood Work
We require recent blood test results as a key part of your diagnostic review. You have two options:
Upload existing blood work
If you’ve had comprehensive blood tests performed in the last 2–3 months, you may submit them for review. The suitability of your previous results will depend on key markers relevant to the treatment being considered (e.g. hormones, metabolic panels, inflammatory markers).

This custom blood test evaluates hormonal health, metabolic function, nutrient levels, cardiovascular markers, inflammation, liver and kidney health, and more — providing a complete picture to support clinical decision-making.
Step 3: Internal Review by Medical Team
Once we receive your health assessment and blood test results, our clinical team will conduct an internal review. This includes:
- Detailed analysis of your blood markers
- Assessment of symptom presentation and lifestyle factors
- Cross-checking by both the prescribing doctor and an additional reviewing doctor
We always ensure that at least two Australian-registered doctors review your file and prescriptions before they’re issued — part of our strict quality control to guarantee safety, efficacy, and optimal health outcomes.
Step 4: Discovery Call With Our Clinical Team
After your internal review, we’ll schedule a personalised phone call to:
- Explain your preliminary results and areas for optimisation
- Outline the proposed treatment plan
- Discuss available prescription options and expected outcomes
- Provide clear pricing for all prescriptions and services
- Answer any initial questions you may have about the process or protocols
This is your opportunity to fully understand the treatment journey before moving ahead.
Step 5: Telehealth Consultation With an Australian Doctor
If you’re ready to proceed, we will book your telehealth consultation with one of our experienced Australian-registered doctors.
During this call, your doctor will:
- Review your blood work and health assessment in detail
- Explain the rationale behind your specific treatment plan
- Answer all clinical and practical questions
- Make any final adjustments needed based on your feedback
This consultation is conducted over the phone, offering privacy and flexibility, with a clinical depth equivalent to an in-person session.
