4. Prescription Services and Medication Use

  • Prescriptions are issued based on a medical assessment and the practitioner’s professional discretion.

  • Alpha Edge Clinic does not assume responsibility for how prescribed medications are used once dispensed.

  • Patients are responsible for ensuring that they follow the prescribed dosage, administration guidelines, and storage instructions.

  • The clinic does not accept liability for any adverse reactions, side effects, or complications resulting from the use or misuse of prescribed medications.

  • It is the patient’s responsibility to inform the prescribing practitioner of any allergies, pre-existing conditions, or medications they are currently taking to avoid adverse interactions.

  • Prescriptions are issued in compliance with Australian medical regulations, and patients must ensure compliance with local and international laws regarding medication possession and use.

  • All prescriptions must be fulfilled directly through our partnered pharmacy connections. Under no circumstances do we provide prescriptions directly to patients.

5. No Warranty or Guarantee of Results

  • If a patient disputes a charge, they must provide supporting documentation and notify the clinic within seven (7) days of the transaction.

Once submitted, we will prompt you to send through blood work or purchase our blood test so that we can tailor a program best suited to you.

2. Extensive Pathology

We offer an extensive private blood test through our partnership with Australian Clinical Labs for $150.

This is a required step before any treatment can be prescribed, as it gives our doctors the detailed insight needed to safely and effectively tailor your protocol.

3. Personalised Analysis

Our registered Australian doctors will conduct a thorough review of your Health Assessment, considering your full medical history, current symptoms, and health goals. We utilise a detailed pathology report to accurately gauge your internal health and determine the most effective treatment options tailored to your individual needs.

4. Initiation of Your Tailored Treatment Plan

Once your blood test results are ready, our team will give you a call to walk you through your personalised treatment plan, explain how it works, and answer any questions. If you're happy to proceed, we’ll then arrange a Telehealth consultation with one of our experienced Australian doctors to finalise everything and begin your treatment.
